Bravo’s favorite real estate investor Jeff Lewis is back to his old shtick in season 4 of ‘Flipping Out,’ which returns Tuesday, August 10th. This time around he’s back with his design business taking center stage after building it up due to the fallen economy. He takes on a bevy of clients and even steps into the restaurant renovation genre by taking on the famed Mexican hot spot ‘Casa Vega’ in Studio City, Ca. Jenny and her quick wit are back as well as Zoila, who hates to clean but who can blame her. A highlight this season is the much needed addition of employee happy hour, where everyone can indulge in cocktails (while they work of course,) served by house assistant Jett. This is hysterical.
