The celebs came out in Hollywood the other night and signed tote bags to be auctioned off on eBay to raise money for Save the Children foundation. Dean McDermott, fresh off his bed rest from his major motorcycle accident, came out with his son Jack, (from his first marriage) to show his support and raise money for the suffering children.
