Thursday night’s opening of gorgeous Mexican hot spot to be Teqa in Murray Hill brought out an unlikely cast of characters. Gossip Gal attended the wall to wall packed house of the new restaurant slated to open March 1 and if you could get your hands on a signature Margarita or the yummy crispy plantain appetizer and Teqa Guac you would know the food and drinks are delicious. Snooki arrived to the flash of the cameras, you would have thought Madonna was in the neighborhood and she was squirreled off to a corner nook so the Snook and her posse could indulge in all the tasty treats and talk about how she was girl crushing on Teqa owner Derek Axelrod’s dance music artist wife, Kim Sozzi. Snooki who told Axelrod “I love Mexican food” is pictured here with Axelrod, model Jessica White (who was last rumored to be hangin’ with Sean Penn), Warren Sapp and Real Housewife of New York City Kelly Bensimon, who enjoyed a table on the other side of the room with some handsome gentlemen.
