Now you see them, now you don’t. Word on the TV street is that CBS’s afternoon chat show is undergoing changes and some of the gals wont be talking very soon. Whispers include head chat-master Julie Chen married to CBS honcho Les Moonves wants to bring in some new and better blood for season 2 which begins any second and it looks like actress’ Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini are done. Sharon Osbourne, who already has too many jobs was going to leave, but will be returning along with executive producer and original idea gal Sara Gilbert. Gal of the moment rumored to be in the running for a coveted chat seat and who will guest host includes momager and matriarch of the Kardashian Klan, Kris Jenner.
Comedian Sheryl Underwood and ex-SNL’er Molly Shannon are also in the mix to guest-host according to Sharon Waxman’s Hollywood column, The Wrap.
I thought Holly was good but Leah is for sure made for sitcom work.
