New music from one of my favorites the legendary Daryl Hall is hitting the streets September 27 on label Verve Forecast. With his soulful vocals and signature style, Hall delivers first single “Talking to You is Like Talking to Myself’ off his fifth solo studio album ‘Laughing Down Crying,’ another peppy and contagious tune just like the rest of his amazing songs.
Hall was joined in the studio by co-producers Greg Bieck (Jennifer Lopez, Destiny’s Child, Ricky Martin) and Paul Pesco for the making of this album. Powerhouse producer, the late T-Bone Wolk (Billy Joel, Carly Simon, Elvis Costello) also lent his expertise to some stand out tracks. Check it.
