Thanksgiving is approaching and Food Network isn’t wasting anytime getting their programming ready for feasting.

For the first time ever, FOOD NETWORK KICKS OFF THE HOLIDAY SEASON WITH FIRST-EVER, TWO­-HOUR, VIEWER-INTERACTIVE SPECIAL,‘THANKSGIVING LIVE’.

Food Network chefs will join forces for the holidays for a live, two-hour Thanksgiving special hosted by Alton Brown on Sunday, November 20th at 12pm in which viewers have a chance to submit their questions before and during the broadcast to avert Turkey-day disasters.

During Thanksgiving Live!, Rachael Ray, Anne Burrell, Sunny Anderson, Aarón Sánchez, Alex Guarnaschelli, Bobby Flay and Melissa d’Arabian share their best cooking tips on how to prepare for the biggest food holiday of the year.

Also during the most wonderful time of the year, Food Network offers a spectacular line up of 14 holiday-themed premiere episodes and three original holiday-themed, daytime specials in November and December.

 

 

Tis’ the season for competition as Iron Chef America celebrates with Bobby Flay and Michael Symon battling Jose Garces and Marc Forgione to find out who can prepare the ultimate Thanksgiving feast premiering, Sunday, November 13th at 10pm, and Morimoto battles Michael Symon in an extra holiday themed battle on Iron Chef America on Sunday, December 4th at 10pm. Alton Brown and his Good Eats crew are back and taking another stab at crafting the most epic Thanksgiving meal on Alton’s Countdown to T-Day premiering Sunday, November 20th at 8pm. Paula Deen is also in the kitchen whipping up Christmas dinner for the whole family on Paula’s Best Dishes: Deen Family Christmas premiering Saturday, December 3rd at 10am.
