Entourage star and eco-enthusiast Adrian Grenier was on-hand for the opening of a new natural and organic restaurant at Chelsea Piers the other night, Chelsea’s Table.
Adrian was there in support of Chelsea’s Table founder and Stonyfield Farm chairman Gary Hirshberg who’s been a leader in the organic revolution for 3o years.
The new cafe that just opened at Chelsea Piers, seeks to move fast food from guilty pleasure to nourishing delight. Think grilled cheese made with Vermont-raised, hormone-free cheddar, hand-tossed salads with organic greens from Long Island farms, hand-crafted sandwiches served on freshly baked organic flatbread, and organic yogurt smoothies –– all ready within minutes of ordering.
