Inspired by the hotel’s honey bees, the bar’s newest cocktail from its collection features the Honey Drop at $18 (recipe below), pays homage to the hotel’s seven honey bee hives located on its rooftop garden.
Other Garden Variety cocktails, priced from $12 to $15, include the Red Cross – a slightly sweet, spicy, herbal take on the traditional Bloody Mary, the Apple Crush, Paris Blush, Leading Lady and Sugar & Spice, all of which utilize herbal infusions, fresh juices and intriguing combinations of liquors and spirits to tease and delight the most discerning cocktail aficionado palate.

1 Whole Lemon Squeezed
1/2 oz Rosemary-infused Simple Sugar
1 oz Limoncello
1oz Honey
2 oz Double Cross Vodka
Rim a Martini glass with vanilla sugar and place an inch of fresh honey comb on bottom of glass. Shake and Strain mixture and pour into glass. Top with wooden honey stick and edible flowers.
