The Water Club, Manhattan’s renowned waterfront restaurant, is offering a cocktail menu for the first time in its 30-year history, in celebration of its milestone anniversary, starting July 3.
Each libation ($13) reflects a selection that stands the test of time and accents Chef Aaron Bashy’s classic American cuisine.
Guests can enjoy a drink in The Water Club’s welcoming lounge, or with their dinner in the main dining room.

Kir Pétillant
A glamorous version of the kir
made instead with sparkling wine and creme de cassis
Bronx Cocktail
#3 on “The World’s Most Famous Cocktails” in 1934
a perfect martini with fresh orange juice
Sazerac
This famous New Orleans specialty has the distinction of being the oldest American cocktail
