The movie’s plot unfortunately parallels the real life shootings recently in Connecticut which has turned the country upside down in its gun and violence conversations and actions, and so the Pittsburgh premiere was postponed as well as a NYC Lincoln Center tribute to Cruise. Classy Cruise would have it no other way.
Some think the movie was great while others not so much. In my book, Cruise can do no wrong. He’s been making movies since the age of 19 and as of three years ago his movies have grossed almost 7 billion dollars worldwide.
It’s not ‘Mission Impossible’ and Cruise has no love scenes, (waste) but it’s TC.
Rosamund Pike, Richard Jenkins, Werner Herzog and Cruise good friend Robert Duvall star opposite Cruise who’s a good guy playing a good guy.
