Hollywood’s top women came out in Los Angeles, for the ATAS screening/event “Women Ruling TV,” a panel featuring Jodie Foster (she directed an episode each for “House of Cards” and “Orange is the New Black”), Robin Wright (who also directed an episode of “House of Cards” this season), Taylor Schilling and Kate Mulgrew from “Orange is the New Black,” and Jehane Noujaim (director of the Netflix documentary THE SQUARE).
