Following in the footsteps of his ex-wife, David Arquette is engaged.
The 42-year-old actor proposed to his entertainment reporter girlfriend Christina McLarty at Mastro’s, during a family dinner with their 2-month-old son, Charlie West, and Arquette’s daughter, Coco, in Malibu.
According to E!, they arrived at the ocean-view restaurant at around 6:10 p.m., seemingly for a casual night out. About 45 minutes after they were seated, Arquette motioned for the family to follow him outside, where he got down on one knee and at sunset, offered up an engagement ring with a large blue center stone. McLarty, who was in a relationship with Girls Gone Wild! creator Joe Francis, said yes.
“Coco, did you know?” McLarty was heard asking Coco, who coyly replied, “Maybe” and then giggled, “Engaged! Engaged!”
