Paramount Pictures, GK Films and New Regency just announced that Brad Pitt will star, and Robert Zemeckis (“FLIGHT,” “FORREST GUMP”) will direct, an original untitled romantic thriller written by Steve Knight (“THE HUNDRED-FOOT JOURNEY,” “DIRTY PRETTY THINGS”).
Brad back in a romantic role is just what the doctor ordered.
This reunites Pitt with New Regency which produced Oscar winning ’12 Years A Slave.’
Accomplished Zemeckis won the Oscar for directing Paramount’s 1994 blockbuster “FORREST GUMP,” and the groundbreaking film grossed $677 million worldwide and won six Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Actor for star Tom Hanks.
