Television, radio journalist and Celebrity Apprentice’ cast-member Geraldo Rivera hosted a party to celebrate his wife Erica Rivera’s 40th Birthday last Friday at Monkey Bar in New York.
Over 250 of the couple’s closest friends and family came together for a night of dancing and celebration.
They included ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Carolina and Albert Manzo with good friends Bernard and Hala Kerik, Roger and Beth Ailes, Blair and Fazle Husain, Ian and Gigi Stone Woods, Darius and Jill Bikoff, Curtis Sliwa, Dan Abrams, and Florinka Pesenti, Alina Cho, Rita Cosby, John Dempsey, Laurie Dhue, John and Margo Catsimatidis, Dara and Gilbert Gottfried, Rosanna Scotto, Greg Kelly, Shepard Smith,, Judge Jeanine Pirro, Megyn Kelly, Arthel Neville, Amber and CC Sabathia, Gerald Lefcourt, Gerald Shargel, and Ali Farahnakian.
Guests enjoyed drinks and passed hors d’Oeuvres before a dinner of NY Strip with balsamic glazed onions and Grilled Salmon with Meyer lemon butter.
After Erica and Geraldo blew out the candles together on her stunning multi-layered, lilac birthday cake custom-designed by Lauren Bohl White (www.awhitecake.com), Geraldo gave a speech, thanking his guests and wishing his wife of over 12 years a happy birthday.
The couple then joined everyone on the packed dance floor to enjoy the sounds of DJ PHRESH who kept the party going with an eclectic mix of crowd-favorites.
