Audi hosted the second in a three-part discussion series titled Culinary Innovations at NY’s private Core Club and it was curated by drummer, DJ, producer, culinary entrepreneur and New York Times best-selling author and tastemaker, Questlove.

Each event features a notable chef and explores the evolution of food through culinary innovation & technology, food trends and social impact.

Questlove spoke with Michelin-starred Chef Wylie Dufresne, moderated by New York Times best-selling author Ben Greenman, which was followed by an intimate dinner held in The Core Club’s private salon

Dishes created by the Chef included arugula gazpacho, “shrimps on shrimps,” chicken liver mouse with almond verjus and Asian pear, and basil fries with goat cheese and crispy black olives.
