Recently, a special three-course dinner by chef Daniel Boulud celebrated the world-premiere of Lafayette, commissioned by Miles Young; Worldwide Chairman and CEO of Ogilvy & Mather.
Guests who attended include: Tony Bechara, Ian Curteis, Amy Hargreaves, Benedicte de Montlaur, Daniel Morel and Jean Kennedy Smith.
The play was co-presented by FIAF and the Friends of Hermione-Lafayette in America and was a celebration of Hermione Voyage 2015: the sailing of a fully reconstructed version of the Hermione, which Lafayette sailed to American in 1780 in aid of the American Revolution, across the Atlantic and up the eastern coast of the United States.
