Last Saturday was super exciting watching the historic Belmont Stakes at luxury jewelry store de GRISOGONO on swank Madison Ave.
Well known for its international, jet-set clientele, de GRISOGONO, founded by Fawaz Gruosi in 1993 in Geneva, prides itself of creating innovative, one-of-a-kind pieces with dynamic gemstones including amethysts and black diamonds. So, no surprise it was a gem of an evening with American Pharoah breaking the 37-year-long drought and capturing the Triple Crown, considered to be one of the greatest achievements in all of sports.
Surrounded by glass-in-cased bauble’s, over 100 of us with hearts racing packed the elegant two-story spiral stair-cased boutique and dined on hors d’oeuvres and cocktails from Swifty’s Catering.
The elite crowd included Ivana Trump, lawyer Mickey Sherman, nightlife guru Roccco Ancarola, Randi Schatz, Nikki Haskell, Ann Rapp, Geoffrey Bradfield, Viktor Luna and President of de GRISOGONO Giovanni Mattera, and Manager of de GRISOGONO Madison Avenue Keith Scott.
