That was Melissa Rosenbloom daughter of Harriette Rose Katz, President & Founder of The Chosen Few, New York City’s elite society of event professionals praising her mother and everything she has done through the years.
“What we are proudest of amongst all her great successes is how Harriette has put family in family business first for all these years.”
Celebrating the group’s second anniversary at breathtaking and dazzling Rainbow Room, 65 floors atop Rockefeller Plaza, the group welcomed three new members, and featured fabulous music by Chosen Few member Total Entertainment, and décor elements by Chosen Few member Anthony Taccetta of Anthony Taccetta Event Design to further perfect the Rainbow Room’s beauty
As guests including me admired the spectacular views of New York City, we thrillingly stuffed our faces with decadent and delicious passed hors d’oeuvres including the best mini-hot dogs I’ve ever had, beef wellington slivers, and a one-of-a-kind waffle bar and out of this world Peking Duck station.
Pioneering Katz, who happily employs her daughter and two nieces, and is also President & Founder of Gourmet Advisory Services, took to the floor and said; “We are celebrating The Chosen Few, an organization that is harnessing the creative talents across all areas of our industry.”
The Chosen Few, currently boasting 23 members who were chosen exclusively by Katz and her team are made up of Alpine Creative Group, Stamford Tent & Event Services, Starr Tent, STARR Catering Group | STARR Events, Michael Scott Events, Frost Productions, Michael Jurick Photography, Diana Gould LTD, Frank Alexander NYC, DeJuan Stroud, Inc., Element Music, Total Entertainment, Abigail Kirsch, Stonekelly Events, Fancy That, Natural Expressions NY, Generation Events, Pat Glenn Productions, Anthony Taccetta, Hart Pictures, and new members Hank Lane Music, Fusion Productions and Brian Dorsey Studios.
