Blueprint +Co along with Resident Magazine and photographer Udo Spreitzenbarth hosted a cover launch party for Emmy-award-winning ABC reality show Shark Tank and Resident Magazine cover star Daymond John, at his new co-working space Blueprint+Co in Times Square last week.
In his cover interview John, who founded the global fashion brand FUBU in the early 1990s, speaks about building a $6 billion fashion empire, writing his New York Times best-selling book Power of Broke, and the launch of his latest venture Blueprint+Co.
“I love the fact that after people read my book, they think to themselves, if he can succeed, then I can too. When they read about my journey as an entrepreneur, the success and failures, I hope that they feel empowered and share the story with everyone they know.”
Along with Daymond John, photographer Udo Spreitzenbarth and Hillary Latos, Michael Travin and Melissa Kassis of Resident Magazine, guests included: Dorinda Medley, Ty-Ron Mayes, Angelo David Pisacreta, Roshelle McKinley, Jared Shahid, Leslie Short, Gia Ventola, Zoe Monique Cross, Rebecca Casey, Floresca Isme and Brigette Berry.
Resident Magazine offers its readers engaging profiles featuring influential personalities, fashion, art, and trends in Manhattan and the Hamptons. Guests enjoyed vegan delicacies by Beyond Sushi, libations produced by Liquid Lab with Alacran Tequila along with wines from Forever Young, and panoramic skyline views from the penthouse of Blueprint + Co.
