Palms is currently undergoing a $485 million renovation in a city known for reinvention. Even their iconic marquee sign is getting an update. It will be taken down this month and replaced later this year with the new overall property update.
Since Paris Hilton has long been a big part of the Palms Casino Resort’s pop-culture history (in 2001 she opened the hotel in a $1 million dollar dress made of casino chips), to celebrate her engagement, the hotel is gifting her a part of the sign.
And then gave it and her single life a bit of a sendoff today.
