The New York Prime Beef will be the presenting sponsor at Dan’s GrillHampton on Friday, July 20 at Fairview Farm at Mecox in Southampton.
This is the first time that New York’s premium prime dry-aged meat purveyors & online retailers will be the exclusive sponsor for Southampton’s most meaty event. This year it will be Team Hamptons vs. Team NYC as an exclusive club of big city chef competitors are pitted against the Hamptons crew in a one-of-a-kind cooking competition and tasting event.
Celebrity judges chowing down for the event include Chef Adam Richman, Salvatore DiBenedetto, Chef David Burke, Julia Collin Davison and Chef Josh Tanner of New York Prime Beef.
New York Prime Beef, based out of Hunt’s Point in the Bronx, specialize in dry aging prime cuts of beef for at least 28 days or custom aged to order in their temperature-controlled dry aging room. Dan’s GrillHampton VIP tickets are $175 and include early access at 7 p.m.; admission to the Waterfront VIP Lounge with special treats.
