LIPS, “The Ultimate in Drag Dining” is proud to present After Sandy- “Night of a Thousand Midler’s a special tribute showcase to the legendary Bette Midler, to benefit the New York Restoration Project, the non-profit organization founder by Midler.
The May15th charity showcase will be hosted by Drag Icon Ginger Snapt and feature a tribute revue dedicated to Midler and the Divine Miss Donna Maxon, the world’s foremost Bette Midler tribute artist.
The ladies of Lips along with Ginger Snapt & Donna Maxon will perform various numbers from Midler’s career, while guests enjoy a red carpet hosted by Joan Rivers (Jesse Volt), a cocktail hour, a three course dinner with open bar, gift bags and a silent auction filled with donated items from Bette Midler including signed memorabilia, tickets to her latest show Garden Party, her 2012 Hulaween costume, a Florida vacation and much more.
