Ramen Burger and Sake anyone?
In anticipation of the upcoming Joy of Sake event taking place on Thursday, September 26, at the Altman Building in Chelsea, Ramen Burger serving up the fresh USDA Prime ground beef chuck patty topped with secret sauce and market veggies sandwiched between fresh ramen noodle buns, has joined the delicious array of sake appetizers.
Some of the 14 other New York top restaurants preparing apps include: 15 East, wd50, Momofuku Ssam Bar, Bond Street and En Japanese Brasserie.
In lieu of celebrating its 10th anniversary in New York this year, The Joy of Sake will feature a record 384 premium junmai, ginjo and daiginjo sakes – many of which are not otherwise available in the U.S.
