Actor, Josh Lucas enjoyed a very ‘spirited’ father’s day at the 9th Annual Jazz Age Lawn Party, which took place this past weekend on New York’s Governor’s Island.
More than 9,000 free-spirited flappers and well-dressed gents flocked to the recently refurbished Island for the fashionable 2-day fete, which has become the quintessential outdoor celebration of the Golden Age, transporting its impeccably-dressed revelers back to the 1920s through cocktails food and music.
Josh Lucas has become a HUGE fan of the annual Fitzgerald-fete and of course, all of the delicious St-Germain cocktails.
The actor hosted groups of friends on both days; celebrating father’s day with his adorable blue-eyed, flaxen-haired son, Noah (who turns 2 in two weeks).
The handsome father-son duo arrived both days in matching 1920’s white shirt/grey vest outfits (Sat) and pinstripe/suspender ensembles (Sun). With a signature St-Germain cocktail in one hand and his son propped permanently on his shoulders, Josh was the perfect father, overheard telling guests, in the St-Germain VIP area, just how much he loved the bi-annual fete – how it was one of the best events of the year, and how he couldn’t wait to bring his son this year to experience the 1920’s spectacle.
Josh was in extremely high spirits both days – smiling, laughing and dancing with his son on the dance floor and taking selfies with guests in the VIP area.
