The ASPCA hosted its annual Humane Awards Luncheon at Cipriani in New York City honoring many worthy recipients, including Sully, former U.S. President George H. W. Bush’s official service dog, a ten-year-old boy named Brady who is raising funds to buy ballistic vests for K9 officers (Kid of the Year Award was presented by NYPD K-9 officers), fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi, and more.
