Writing scion and TV producer David E. Kelley, married to the fabulous Michelle Pfeiffer, is back to his genius with a new Amazon series Goliath starring Maria Bello, Billy Bob Thornton, and William Hurt.
The new web-series also created by Jonathan Shapiro, about a disgraced lawyer, now an ambulance chaser, who gets a case that could bring him redemption or at least revenge on the firm which expelled him, premieres October 14.
The dark crime drama was also created by Kelly, who was the brains behind Picket Fences, Chicago Hope, The Practice, Ally McBeal, Boston Public, Boston Legal and Harry’s Law.
Next year’s Super Bowl halftime show will surely be something with Lady Gaga as the halftime entertainment.
Pepsi and the NFL just announced that Global superstar LADY GAGA, winner of six Grammy Awards, a Golden Globe, and Academy Award nominee, will headline the PEPSI ZERO SUGAR SUPER BOWL LI HALFTIME SHOW on FOX at NRG Stadium in Houston on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2017.
This will be Lady Gaga’s second time performing on the Super Bowl stage, after having sung the National Anthem at Super Bowl 50 last February.
Pepsi, known for delivering unforgettable moments in pop-culture, is a 15-year NFL partner and will present the Super Bowl Halftime Show for the fifth-straight year. Gaga ill join a stellar list of former performers that have starred in Pepsi’s Super Bowl Halftime Shows including Coldplay, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars and Beyoncé.

The Dodgers held a pre-game appreciation ceremony honoring retiring 88-year old Vin Scully, the American sportscaster best known for his play-by-play announcing for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Superstar Kevin Costner, baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred, Hall of Fame pitcher Sandy Koufax and Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw spoke and paid tribute to Scully who thanked the fans for their enthusiasm, and passion for the game. Said Scully: “When you roar, when you cheer, when you are thrilled for a brief moment I’m 8 years old again. You have allowed me to be young at heart. I owe you everything.”

Boston babes Giselle Bundchen and Tom Brady hit the red carpet at National Geographic’s ‘Years Of Living Dangerously’ Season 2 World Premiere at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC over the weekend.

Glenn Horowitz opened an exhibition of photographer Tom Hearn’s vintage Punk Rock photographs including previously unseen images of Debbie Harry, The Ramones, Lou Reed and John Cale.
The event was in collaboration with the 20th anniversary edition of Please Kill Me: The Uncensored Oral History of Punk by Legs McNeil and Gillian McCain, which contains a new photo insert with many of Hearn’s photos.

In his second book, the author, singer, humanitarian, and scion to the French liqueur family reveals what he gained from working so closely with Mother Teresa during their 12 years together at the NYC AIDS charity, A Gift of Love.
